Sam started building homes in 1978 and has proven to be a strong and honest leader of Calhoun County and the Alabama Building Industry. He has depended on his customers to recommend him for his God given gift of building, creating and the vision of what is possible. He has an eye for the house plans!  Sam has developed many communities of  homes that have enhanced Calhoun County and the lives of his customers. He knows the concerns that take people through each stage of making the decisions on one of their biggest investments, a home for their family.

Sam is a Licensed and Insured General and Residential Builder. He is a long time member of the local Greater Calhoun County Home Builders Association as well as the State of Alabama Home Builder Association and the National Association of Home Builders.
